From welcoming new app users and activating sleeping ones to building loyalty, Superoperator’s Customer Engagement Program helps car wash operators stay competitive and generate more revenue with automated marketing campaigns.
Superoperator’s customer engagement program is a platform that allows car service operators who use apps to reach and engage their existing car wash customers with attractive and current offers through in-app messaging, push notifications, SMS, and emails.
These customer engagement campaigns are set up and activated from an easy-to-use interface and can be based on customer data, such as their behaviour, wash frequency, preferences, current location, car brand, and more. The details are seamlessly received from SO Dashboard, Superoperator’s online management tool, which collects data from the operator’s car wash sites.
Customer engagement—the ongoing interactions between brand and customer offered by the brand and chosen by the customer—is valuable because keeping an existing customer is often much more cost-effective than acquiring a new one.
