– Your car is recognized by the license plate. When the wash site is available the door opens automatically and you can drive in.
– Payment will be automatically withdrawn from you credit card. No more tokens, coins or pay stations. Or you are our company client and you can use our great opportunity for unlimited monthly fee.
– With the Superoperator application you choose the washing program and simply start the wash.
You can check the availability of a wash site from the queue camera and avoid the rush.
– With Superoperator application you will get access to all wash sites in Superoperator network.

The service is operated with the Superoperator application. Start by downloading the Superoperator application from Apple Store or Google Play. The application is free, you will first be charged when you choose a pricing plan or drive to a single wash.

When you become Superoperator’s customer you can wash your company car as much as you want with our unlimited monthly wash fee program. You can also buy single washes to some Superoperator’s wash sites. Contact us for all pricing offers.

The Superoperator subscription is for one car only. With the monthly payment you can wash one car. However you can add multiple cars to your account and the monthly payment will be charged from each car. Correct. With the Superoperator application you will get access to all Superoperator-enabled wash sites in Czech Republic.

Monthly subscription includes one or two preselected programmes that are specially designed for monthly plan. It is a good balance of quality and length of the programme.

Can I buy single washes with Superoperator application?2018-01-12T08:20:22+00:00

With Superoperator application you can buy single washes to Superoperator individual wash sites. At BENZINA sites the single washes are not available.

How to buy a single wash:
– Download Superoperator application from Google Play or Apple Store.
– Sign in and add the information of your car and credit card to the app
– Check and choose car wash location form the list
– Application will now guide you to make subscription – choose instead “later”
– Drive to a car wash site of your choice. Your car will be recognized from the licence plate when you drive to the car wash door (appx. 2 meters from the door)
– Now choose your wash program from the app
– Payment is processed now
– When the wash bay becomes available, Superoperator application will prompt you to start the wash by swiping the start button
– The door opens and you can drive in, when you are in the wash bay don’t get out of the car
– You will see the remaining wash time in your application and you are prompted to drive out when ready.
– Anyway inside the washer follow the signalization of the washing machine.

The measurement vary according to wash bays. You will find the measurements for all the wash sites in the application.

You can add cars to your account in Superoperator application. Choose from the navigation “My cars” and hit “Add new car “. Add the information of the new car and choose a pricing plan. Note that the pricing plan has to be chosen to every car and will be invoiced monthly according to the pricing plan.

If you have created your own account you can do it by opening Superoperator application and choose from “Account details” from the navigation and hit “Manage additional users” and add users to your account.

If you have a company car you have to ask your fleet manager to do it.

With vehicle recognation you drive to car wash without application. We will set to your account a default wash program beforehand, then your car is recognized and you drive into the car wash when the program starts automatically. This alternative is handy for business customers that have large number of cars and drivers. And also for customers who use Windows or older phones and are not able to use the application. Contact our customer service to use this service.

As users of Windows phones have dropped remarkably it is impossible to support the technology. This is why Superoperator application does not work in Windows phones.

Contact the fleet manager of your own company and check whether you already have an account created. If yes then download the Superoperator application and log in with your own e-mail address that was used by your fleet manager. The application is immediately in use.
